Funcionamiento
Operator selects the carton-model preset on the INOVANCE touch-screen HMI; INOVANCE servo motors automatically adjust conveyor width and height to the preset dimensions. If a carton has size deviation, the operator can jog-adjust from the touch screen. Pneumatic cylinders fold the side flaps; dual-layer left/right belts drive the carton through the sealing head.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Operator selects the carton-model preset on the INOVANCE touch-screen HMI; INOVANCE servo motors automatically adjust conveyor width and height to the preset dimensions.
2If a carton has size deviation, the operator can jog-adjust from the touch screen.
3Pneumatic cylinders fold the side flaps; dual-layer left/right belts drive the carton through the sealing head.
