Funcionamiento
Cans are conveyed into a sealed chamber where atmospheric air is excluded throughout the cycle. A unique suction-cap mechanism places a lid on the can; the chamber is evacuated by a variable-frequency vacuum pump to <=-0.1 MPa, then nitrogen is admitted (vacuum+N2 mode) or sealing proceeds directly (vacuum-only mode). Anti-powder-fly device contains airborne fines. With the can held stationary, four 440C heat-treated stainless rollers (2 first-stage curl + 2 second-stage tighten) revolve around the lid edge in a single rotation, forming a hermetic double seam. PLC sequences cycle; Mitsubishi PLC + Delta touch-screen + Schneider relays/breakers + Carlo Gavazzi photoelectric sensors monitor every step.
