Funcionamiento
Cans are conveyed at 850mm working height into the sealing station; an automatic lid feeder places a lid; the can rises into the sealing head where vacuum is drawn and nitrogen flushed (residual O2 <=3%). With the can held stationary, an INOVANCE servo motor drives the sealing turret carrying 4 rollers (2 first-stage curl + 2 second-stage tighten); each pair simultaneously rolls the lid hook into the can flange, forming a hermetic double seam in a single rotation. SIEMENS PLC sequences fill/seal/eject; SICK photoelectric and Panasonic proximity sensors verify can presence and roller engagement.
Proceso de funcionamiento
