Funcionamiento
Granular material is gravity-fed into the feeder; the rotating turret carries 25 sets of upper/lower punches through filling, pre-compression, main compression, and ejection stations. Maximum working pressure 80 kN. Adjustable filling depth (10–18 mm) and tablet thickness (3–6 mm). Variable-speed drive sets turret rotational speed (10–20 rpm). Transmission shaft sealed in oil bath under main frame; compression chamber enclosed in stainless steel and transparent organic glass connected to dust extraction system.

Limpieza y mantenimiento
Pre-production: remove all residual tablets and powder; wipe down turret, punches, die table, and compression area with a clean dry cloth; check hopper and feeder are clean. Post-shift: shut down, open organic-glass cover, remove punches and dies, clean all contact surfaces with brush and dry cloth; do not use water on electrical components. Periodically clean suction system filter.
