SED-75WZH-O — Top-Opening Horizontal Box Packing Machine

The carton magazine uses a cylinder + overrunning-clutch conveyor belt with a rear guide plate applying gravity pressure, keeping cartons upright; a material-level sensor triggers an alarm when stock is low. A servo-driven friction wheel separates cartons and a suction head picks exactly one carton at a time. Positioning slots on both sides of the carton open it perfectly into loading shape. A slotted disc rotates to fold the minor flaps while a press bar folds the major flap; the carton chain then inserts the major flap to seal the box. A reject mechanism routes finished cartons based on upstream detection signals.
