SED-75DG-B — Vacuum Freeze Dryer

Product is loaded onto the stainless-steel shelves and the chamber is evacuated to the target vacuum level. The refrigeration system (Bitzer compressors) chills the cold trap to capture sublimated water vapor. Shelves are heated (electrical, PID-controlled) to provide the heat of sublimation; the Siemens PLC maintains programmed temperature and vacuum profiles throughout primary and secondary drying stages. Multiple vacuum setpoints can be executed automatically within a single cycle. After drying, the cold trap is defrosted by the dedicated defrost-water inlet; the chamber is back-filled to atmospheric pressure before unloading.
