The SED-730ZBJ-A is a fully automatic hydraulic plastic cup/container thermoforming machine that converts PP, PE, PS, PVC, PET, ABS, HIPS, and biodegradable sheet stock (0.3–2.0 mm thick, 540–700 mm wide) into formed cup

Funcionamiento
Sheet stock auto-feed → Yaskawa servo fixed-length feeding (≤0.05 mm error) → 8×9 / 8×10 zone embedded ceramic far-IR heater (PID, error <1.5°C) → toothed double-row roller chain conveys heated sheet (cooling water hidden in chain rail) → mold table hydraulic lift → forming + cutting in mold (max depth 200 mm) → formed cups/trays exit at low cup-height (low CG design) → robot manipulator stacks cups (24 cycles/min) → trim/edge waste rolled up by Guomao reducer-driven winding mechanism (max 0.8 m roll diameter).
