Funcionamiento
Double-sided rotary tableting: granules are gravity-fed and force-fed through double-impeller feeders into 51 sets of dies on a turret. Punches follow upper/lower cam tracks and pass beneath two sets of compression rollers per revolution, giving twice compression forming. Servo-motor-driven tablet weight control system detects and adjusts filling depth in real time. PLC coordinates all motion, pressure sensing, lubrication, and reject ejection.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Double-sided rotary tableting: granules are gravity-fed and force-fed through double-impeller feeders into 51 sets of dies on a turret.
2Punches follow upper/lower cam tracks and pass beneath two sets of compression rollers per revolution, giving twice compression forming.
