Funcionamiento
Bulk-loaded empty bottles are fed by a bucket elevator into the unscrambler drum. The rotating central disc pushes bottles into pockets on the storage ring; bottles caught in pockets are mechanically oriented by the patented flip mechanism (only flipping inverted bottles, leaving correctly-oriented ones untouched). Oriented bottles exit through the air-conveyor port to the downstream filler. PLC monitors fill level and bottle jams, auto-starting / auto-stopping based on downstream demand.
Proceso de funcionamiento
