Funcionamiento

A defective blister sheet is fed through a fixed track aligned to the blister edge. A micro-motor plus first-stage reducer drives a pair of rollers. Pressure rollers ride between the blister cavities (not on the blisters) and push the tablets/capsules out of the foil. A guide plate directs the freed tablets into a material receiving bucket while the stripped packaging continues separately. The speed is controlled by a rotary speed-control knob.

Proceso de funcionamiento

1A defective blister sheet is fed through a fixed track aligned to the blister edge.
