Funcionamiento
Bottles are conveyed under a single screw-metering head; the screw rotates a calibrated number of turns to dispense a precise volume/weight of powder or granule into each bottle. Photoelectric sensors detect bottle presence; PLC controls fill timing and screw rotations to achieve target weight. The 150L screw feeder continuously replenishes the filling head hopper from above.
Proceso de funcionamiento
