SED-700SDJ-B is a three-servo non-stretch napkin-tissue bag-making machine with an in-line side-folding (folded-edge) feature. It produces non-stretch napkin packaging bags from roll plastic film; swapping the heat knife

Funcionamiento
Plastic film roll is loaded via pneumatic-cylinder lift; web tension controlled by pneumatic brake. Two servo-driven rubber rolls (2.6 kW × 2) advance film at the programmed step length while a SICK photoelectric sensor tracks colour marks for accurate registration. A side-folding station with a 0.25 kW patch unwinder and a 2.6 kW patch servo applies the side-fold layer if required. The brass heat knife (62-grade) seals across the film at programmed temperature; an alloy-steel sealed-shear knife immediately cuts the bag from the web. Bags are counted; a preset count triggers an alarm, and a lost mark stops the machine automatically.
Proceso de funcionamiento
