Funcionamiento
Product is loaded into the octagonal stainless drum. As the drum rotates around its inclined axis, the eight flat faces lift the product and let it cascade, exposing every surface to the air and any sprayed liquid (sugar syrup, seasoning, color, etc.). The cascading motion both coats and polishes the surface to a uniform finish. After processing, operator tilts the drum to discharge manually.
