SED-7000SXG-F is a 10-head planetary capping machine for liquid-filling lines, designed to apply and torque plastic caps on glass or plastic bottles. It uses three-jaw magnetic cap gripping with auto-slip torque control
Funcionamiento
Caps are loaded into the automatic orienter, oriented and elevated to the planetary capper head via electromagnetic vibration (Guangzhou coil, 220 V 1.2 kW). Bottles enter via a screw infeed that pitches and spaces them, then transfer onto the 8-station divider star-wheel and subsequently the 6-station outlet star-wheel via the chain-plate conveyor. Each of the 10 planetary capping heads descends to pick up an oriented cap, places it onto the bottle, and spins it down with magnetic three-jaw torque; the magnetic slip mechanism releases automatically when the set torque is reached, preventing over-tightening. Speed is VFD-controlled for adjustable output. Omron photoelectric sensors monitor bottle presence and cap placement.
