Funcionamiento
The operator positions the bag mouth between the sealing strips (bag mouth extending ≥20 mm above the strip). On pressing start (or foot pedal), the sealing strips clamp the bag at low pressure and the two stainless nozzles (cylinder-driven) insert into the bag to extract air. Once target vacuum (−0.08 MPa) is reached, the nozzles retract; in nitrogen-flush mode, nitrogen is then admitted before final sealing. The heating wires then activate for the PLC-timed sealing cycle (double-sided, temperature-controlled), followed by cooling, and the strips open to release the sealed bag. For thick bags, the machine supports a repeat-heating cycle without reopening the strips. A second sealing line can be applied by shifting the bag mouth and pressing the heat-seal button again.
