Funcionamiento
Screw compression + permanent-magnet variable-frequency drive: the permanent-magnet synchronous motor drives a pair of meshing screws to progressively compress air from the inlet to the discharge port. The inverter adjusts motor speed in response to system pressure changes to maintain constant-pressure output, reducing no-load losses and frequent start-stop energy waste. Oil mist is separated by an oil fine-separation tank and a wound oil fine separator; a water-cooled heat exchanger reduces discharge air temperature.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Screw compression + permanent-magnet variable-frequency drive: the permanent-magnet synchronous motor drives a pair of meshing screws to progressively compress air from the inlet to the discharge port.
2The inverter adjusts motor speed in response to system pressure changes to maintain constant-pressure output, reducing no-load losses and frequent start-stop energy waste.
