Funcionamiento
Roots flow meters (2‰ accuracy) coupled to high-precision pulse encoders measure fill volume for each of the 6 heads. Dual-speed filling (fast + slow approach) with independent vacuum suck-back per head prevents foam and dripping. Stainless steel hose transfers product; cap sorter elevator feeds caps to the servo capper; electromagnetic induction foil sealer seals aluminum foil at bottle mouth; square-bottle labeler with top-press ensures label adhesion; 304 SS conveyor links all stations.
