Funcionamiento
The web unwinds under Mitsubishi tension control, passes through BST edge-tracking guidance and Sherman CORONA treatment, then enters the 1000 mm straight-center large-wheel system. Six print stations are arranged sequentially around the large wheel; each station uses independent ink rollers + plate cylinder + ink fountain to apply letterpress printing, with UV mercury-lamp instant curing after each color. Optional pre-cold-foil, flexo varnish, and static elimination follow. Dual rewind with tension control completes the process. Mitsubishi main servo + German-original main drive shaft ensures high-speed synchronous rotation throughout.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1The web unwinds under Mitsubishi tension control, passes through BST edge-tracking guidance and Sherman CORONA treatment, then enters the 1000 mm straight-center large-wheel system.
