Product is loaded into the elevator hopper. Multi-stage vibratory feeders progressively disperse the bulk product from the hopper into a continuous single-file queue along the vibratory channel plates, sliding down to the discharge opening and falling grain-by-grain into the counting zone. In the counting zone, the photoelectric effect principle is used: each falling item breaks an infrared dynamic-scan sensor beam; the resulting signal is fed into a high-speed microprocessor (MCU), which counts and controls a synchronized dividing mechanism to dispense the preset quantity into the target container.
