Funcionamiento
Materials are loaded into 12 SUS 304 stainless-steel trays, which are pushed into the working chamber on an internal trolley. The single-swing door is closed and sealed. A 3.85 kW water-ring vacuum pump evacuates the chamber to ≤-0.09 MPa. Electric heating tubes raise the material temperature so that moisture evaporates at low temperature; vapour exits via the vacuum system. A digital electrical-contact vacuum gauge automatically starts/stops the vacuum pump to maintain the set vacuum level. An intelligent constant-temperature controller maintains the set temperature until the material reaches the target dryness.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Materials are loaded into 12 SUS 304 stainless-steel trays, which are pushed into the working chamber on an internal trolley.
