Funcionamiento
Powdered material is fed into the stainless-steel hopper and falls by gravity through the discharge port into the die cavity. The lower punch position sets the fill depth (adjustable up to 17 mm). The upper punch then descends, compressing the powder into a tablet. After compression, the lower punch rises to eject the finished tablet from the die. The machine is motor-driven at 1,400 rpm and can also be operated by hand crank.

Limpieza y mantenimiento
Remove remaining powder after each shift and wipe all machine parts. For extended storage: remove die and punches, clean, immerse in oil for preservation; clean all friction surfaces and apply anti-rust oil; cover with hood.
