Funcionamiento
Vertical form-fill-seal multi-lane (4 lanes): film roll splits into 4 lanes; each lane forms a tube around a forming shoulder. A multi-lane servo-screw metering system fills metered powder into each lane. Vertical seal with annular trim, then horizontal back-seal with embossed silicone + gold plate. Servo film pull with photoeye color tracking ensures accurate cut/seal position. Vacuum feeder intermittently transfers powder into the hopper via vacuum suction.

1Vertical form-fill-seal multi-lane (4 lanes): film roll splits into 4 lanes; each lane forms a tube around a forming shoulder.
