Funcionamiento
Double-press rotary continuous tablet pressing: 23-station turret rotates at 10-25 rpm; upper and lower punches enter the middle die where granular raw material is filled to a depth of up to 30 mm and compressed at up to 100 kN. PLC + touch screen + variable-frequency drive control rotation speed and reverse. Transmission system is sealed in an oil bath under the main body for full lubrication, low noise and wear. Built-in dust collection device removes airborne powder from the pressing chamber.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Double-press rotary continuous tablet pressing: 23-station turret rotates at 10-25 rpm; upper and lower punches enter the middle die where granular raw material is filled to a depth of up to 30 mm and compressed at up to 100 kN.
2PLC + touch screen + variable-frequency drive control rotation speed and reverse.
3Transmission system is sealed in an oil bath under the main body for full lubrication, low noise and wear.
