Funcionamiento
Products (round pens) are separated and fed by a variable-speed star-wheel infeed. A positioning mechanism (cylindrical surface roll or transparent-window photoeye rotation) orients each pen to the required angle. The pen-clamp mechanism grips and transports each pen at set speed to label station 1 (front label). After station 1, a photoeye triggers the servo-driven 180° flipper clamp to rotate the pen to its back face for label station 2. Label application uses an elastic squeegee + unpowered sponge roller + powered sponge roller secondary press to ensure bubble-free adhesion.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Products (round pens) are separated and fed by a variable-speed star-wheel infeed.
2A positioning mechanism (cylindrical surface roll or transparent-window photoeye rotation) orients each pen to the required angle.
