Funcionamiento
Granular or powdery materials are placed in the 75 die holes; upper and lower punches mounted on the rotating turret follow a circular up-down trajectory guided by rail curves. Upper and lower punches simultaneously and uniformly compress the material, allowing trapped air to escape from the die holes, improving tablet density uniformity and reducing capping. Double tablet release (two exits per turret revolution) doubles throughput. Servo-controlled filling, pre-pressure, and main pressure adjustments replace manual handwheels.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Granular or powdery materials are placed in the 75 die holes; upper and lower punches mounted on the rotating turret follow a circular up-down trajectory guided by rail curves.
