Funcionamiento
Tablet cores tumble inside a sealed perforated rotating drum following complex trajectories. Spray guns coat the tumbling cores with film/sugar suspensions; HEPA-filtered hot air enters from the top and exits via the perforated drum bottom under negative pressure, drying the film instantly to form a hard, dense, smooth surface. PLC monitors negative pressure, airflow, and inlet/exhaust/core temperatures.
Proceso de funcionamiento
