SED-650ZDP-A — Vibratory Bowl Feeder

Parts are loaded loose into the stainless steel bowl. The CUH controller drives an electromagnet at adjustable frequency (50–100 Hz), causing the bowl to vibrate on the cast-iron base. The helical track on the bowl wall conveys parts upward. Tooling on the track orients each spray-pump head into a defined orientation (heads up) and rejects mis-oriented parts back into the pool. Correctly oriented parts exit at 40 pcs/min ready for downstream filling or assembly.
