Funcionamiento
Needle tubes are indexed and fed by a star-wheel rotary indexing mechanism with an integrated rod/twist mechanism that rotates the needle tube during labeling. A SICK GTB6-N1212 photoelectric sensor detects product presence and triggers the Siemens S7-200 SMART PLC to activate the Panasonic servo motor, which drives the label web synchronously. The label is peeled and applied to the side of the needle tube. A pressing component ensures flat, attractive label adhesion.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Needle tubes are indexed and fed by a star-wheel rotary indexing mechanism with an integrated rod/twist mechanism that rotates the needle tube during labeling.
2A SICK GTB6-N1212 photoelectric sensor detects product presence and triggers the Siemens S7-200 SMART PLC to activate the Panasonic servo motor, which drives the label web synchronously.
3The label is peeled and applied to the side of the needle tube.
4A pressing component ensures flat, attractive label adhesion.
