Funcionamiento
Filled 5 mL glass bottles enter on the net belt and feed into a large-diameter slow-speed turntable that singulates them under the dual-head cap-press station. Aluminium caps are oriented by a stainless vibratory cap sorter and slid down the chute to the auto cap-feed mechanism, which places one cap on each bottle as it indexes. Two cap-press heads then crimp/seat the cap simultaneously. Photo-eye no-bottle interlock prevents wasted caps; PLC counts bottles and links machine status with upstream filler and downstream packer. VFD provides stepless speed regulation.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Filled 5 mL glass bottles enter on the net belt and feed into a large-diameter slow-speed turntable that singulates them under the dual-head cap-press station.
2Aluminium caps are oriented by a stainless vibratory cap sorter and slid down the chute to the auto cap-feed mechanism, which places one cap on each bottle as it indexes.
