Funcionamiento
Material is fed off the unwind through a 1 kW servo-driven nip and laminated with secondary substrate if required. The web is indexed beneath a stamping die set (top + bottom plates) which performs the die cut on each cycle (and optional metal-die punching). Waste matrix is stripped off; the remaining product is sheeted by an integrated independent sheet cutter. Infrared safety curtains protect the work area. Each cycle is paced by an Omron computer servo system; speed and length are set on the Frecon HMI.
Proceso de funcionamiento
