Funcionamiento
Adhesive tape is loaded onto the machine, perforated, and stripped from its release paper. Cotton/dressing pad is laminated between an upper and (optional) lower covering paper. The composite is roll-cut to dressing-pad shape and indexed into the pouch. Two packaging webs unwind, are formed around the dressing, and a moving synchronous heat-sealing head fuses all four edges. Each cycle the rolls are advanced by registration mark (Yatai GDJ612 color sensor), the bag is severed, and the date/lot code is inkjet-printed on the web. Output: finished sealed pouches discharged onto the conveyor (Oubang motor).
Proceso de funcionamiento
