Funcionamiento
Bottles are manually loaded into the large-capacity lifter. The lifter conveys bottles into the main unit's sorting chamber. Inside the main unit, a high-speed centrifugal disc outputs bottles by centrifugal force. The multi-stage belt mechanism, together with a hook-and-flip device, reorients inverted bottles so that all bottles exit upright with the mouth forward, then a final belt stage stands them upright. The output is connected to an air-conveying or belt-conveying system for the next process.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Bottles are manually loaded into the large-capacity lifter.
2The lifter conveys bottles into the main unit's sorting chamber.
3Inside the main unit, a high-speed centrifugal disc outputs bottles by centrifugal force.
