Funcionamiento
Material is fed onto the dispersing top plate; linear vibrators feed the 14 weigh-hoppers. A combination algorithm picks the bucket subset whose total mass best matches the target setpoint (50–800 g). Selected hoppers discharge into a chuck-style filling head over the bottle/can on the 3 m chain conveyor. A bottle-presence sensor inhibits filling on empty slots.
