Funcionamiento
Powder or granule material is loaded into the fluid bed. Cold air is drawn through primary, medium, and HEPA filters, then heated to the desired temperature by the steam heater. The heated air fluidizes the powder bed in a regular pattern. Coating material is delivered to the nozzle by the peristaltic pump, which shears it into droplets via compressed air and sprays it onto the fluidized material. Evaporating moisture is drawn out by the fan through the antistatic CCP bag filters.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Powder or granule material is loaded into the fluid bed.
2Cold air is drawn through primary, medium, and HEPA filters, then heated to the desired temperature by the steam heater.
3The heated air fluidizes the powder bed in a regular pattern.
4Coating material is delivered to the nozzle by the peristaltic pump, which shears it into droplets via compressed air and sprays it onto the fluidized material.
5Evaporating moisture is drawn out by the fan through the antistatic CCP bag filters.
