Funcionamiento
Electromagnetic induction heats the pot body. The planetary mixing shovel stirs and blends materials. PLC touch-screen controls temperature and mixing speed (variable frequency). A hydraulic system tilts the pot for discharge and raises/lowers the lid. An optional vacuum pump evacuates the pot to assist cooking under reduced pressure.

Limpieza y mantenimiento
After each use, promptly clean residual material from the pot to prevent mold and spoilage. Do not use sharp objects to avoid scratching the pot base. Regularly inspect the mixing spatula for wear; replace when worn to 1/3 of normal size to prevent the spatula base from damaging the pot base. PTFE planetary spatula: check pot base and spatula after every shift — hard impurities (e.g. sand) embedded in PTFE can scratch the pot base.
