Funcionamiento
Film is drawn from the roll via the top-feed structure and fed to the adjustable bag-forming former (easily changed for different product sizes) to create a pillow tube. Product is manually placed at the infeed (stainless-steel contact surfaces). The machine is driven by a Panasonic PLC + inverter. Centre-seal and end-seal temperatures are independently PID-controlled (Yatai thermostat + Foshan heating tubes). A high-sensitivity photo eye tracks the colour mark for positioning. The Jinpai cutter completes the cut.
Proceso de funcionamiento
