Funcionamiento
A vertical vibrating motor with unbalanced upper and lower eccentric weights converts rotary motion into three-dimensional (horizontal, vertical, inclined) vibration that is transmitted to the screen, producing high-frequency low-amplitude motion. Adjusting the phase angle of the upper and lower counterweights changes the material trajectory on the screen surface to optimise separation efficiency for varying material density and mesh size. An optional ultrasonic system can be added for finer or more difficult powders.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1A vertical vibrating motor with unbalanced upper and lower eccentric weights converts rotary motion into three-dimensional (horizontal, vertical, inclined) vibration that is transmitted to the screen, producing high-frequency low-amplitude motion.

Limpieza y mantenimiento
The inside of the sieve machine must be cleaned after each use. Wipe all interior surfaces. For extended storage, apply rust-preventive oil and cover with cloth.
