Funcionamiento
Tablets are placed in the 600 mm pan tilted 15-45 degrees. Continuous orbital rotation tumbles the tablets through the spray application zone where the RA-C1 spray gun atomizes the coating solution. Atomization gives a faster and more even coating distribution than pour-on. Simultaneously a 100 W blower draws air across an electric heater (room temperature to 80°C, 2 kW) and into the pan, evaporating solvent and drying the coating film. Process repeats over multiple spray-dry cycles until target film thickness is achieved.
