Funcionamiento
Tablets/pills travel through a complex continuous path inside a clean, enclosed clockwise-rotating coating drum driven by an explosion-proof cycloidal-pinwheel motor. Coating material from a thermostatic stirring tank (room temperature to 85°C) is sprayed by Iwata guns powered by a Lange peristaltic pump. Three-stage filtered hot air (100,000-grade clean) is heated by steam or electric heat exchanger, blown through the tablets to dry the film, then evacuated by an exhaust cabinet maintaining negative pressure (>10 Pa) inside the drum. A mechanical vibrating dust collector achieves 99% dust removal. The hollow box-style drum chamber design limits outer skin temperature rise to <15°C during operation.
