Funcionamiento
Three-stage conveyor-belt dynamic weighing: a speed-up belt (400×80 mm) feeds products with guard rails, an in-line weighing belt (200×80 mm) measures weight via an imported high-speed dynamic load cell with the CJ1260 instrument calculating at 1800 samples/sec, and a rejection belt (400×80 mm) ejects out-of-spec items via a high-speed air jet. European-standard auto-control system auto-adjusts sampling and rejection timing based on product size and speed.
