Funcionamiento
Tablets to be coated are placed in a rotating coating pan (600 mm diameter). The pan rotates continuously, causing the tablet batch to tumble and rub against each other to achieve even coating distribution. Hot air introduced by a built-in electric blower accelerates coating drying. The machine uses a worm-gear drive for stable, consistent rotation. A built-in electric heating element provides hot air drying.

Coating pan should be cleaned after use; if stored for extended periods, clean thoroughly and coat metal surfaces with oil to prevent oxidation and formation of toxic copper compounds (if any copper components present); Worm gear and rolling bearing lubrication oil/grease must be replaced regularly (bearing seals inspected every 6 months)
