Funcionamiento
Two helical screws inside a vertical conical drum simultaneously rotate on their own axis (self-rotation by the main 18.5kW motor) and revolve around the drum centerline. The screws lift powder upward from the bottom along the cone walls; gravity then returns material along the drum centerline. This convective + diffusion + shear mixing yields a uniform blend with low shear damage to particles.
Proceso de funcionamiento
