SED-6000LGFX-Z — PE Aluminum Foil Sealing Filling Production Line

Bottles are conveyed via screw infeed to a rinsing station, then liquid-filled at the multi-head filler, an aluminum foil cap is auto-formed (dual oblique punch cap-forming) and placed onto the bottle, then heat-sealed and screw-capped. The optional sterilization train pumps liquid through a spiral double-coil tube where it is held at 115–137°C for 4–6 seconds, then cooled by counter-flow heat exchange before transfer to the insulated holding tank and on to the filler.
