Funcionamiento
Double-cone rotary vacuum drying: drum rotates forward and reverse (3-8 rpm) while material tumbles inside; jacket steam/hot water/thermal oil (80-230°C, 0.4 MPa) transfers heat indirectly through the 304 SS inner liner; vacuum pump (water-ring, 18.5 kW) maintains -0.1 MPa in drum; vapor is drawn out through the vacuum suction head with 200-10000 mesh 304 SS sintered filter. Drive: VFD-controlled 18.5 kW motor → V-belt (1st stage) → worm gear reducer (CWU-300) → single-row roller chain (2nd stage) → drum.
