Funcionamiento
Manual bag loading → foot-pedal activation → automatic filling (turbine flow meter / pneumatic diaphragm valve) → transfer → SFC stopper vibration-disc auto-alignment + press-sealing → finished bag drops to belt conveyor or transfer bin. No-bag-no-stopper and no-fill-no-stopper interlocks. CIP controlled by valve open/close timing; SIP controlled by effective sterilisation temperature and time (both touchscreen-adjustable). Pipeline rated to 125°C.
Proceso de funcionamiento
