Funcionamiento
Bottles enter on the linear track, get clamped by air cylinders, and pause under six 316L metering pumps. The fill needles dive to the bottle bottom, then rise as liquid level rises, preventing foam. After fill, bottles transfer to a 12-station capping turret. Aluminum caps are oriented in an electromagnetic vibrating bowl, descend into a single track, and drop onto the bottle mouth. A single capper head spins / rolls each cap to seal. No-bottle-no-cap and no-bottle-no-spin sensors prevent waste.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Bottles enter on the linear track, get clamped by air cylinders, and pause under six 316L metering pumps.
2The fill needles dive to the bottle bottom, then rise as liquid level rises, preventing foam.
3After fill, bottles transfer to a 12-station capping turret.
