Funcionamiento
Material is held in a 20 L transfer drum. A hydraulic pressure plate seals the drum top and pushes material downward. When the operator places a syringe under the dispense port and jogs the cycle, the dispense port opens and pressure forces material into the syringe, pushing the syringe plunger up. A plunger-position sensor stops fill at the preset dose, the port closes, and the operator removes the filled syringe.
