SED-5XW-B — Soft Capsule / Pellet Washing Machine

Capsules enter the chamber and are cleaned in three sequential stages: (1) jet rotary washing breaks the surface tension of cleaning liquid (typically anhydrous ethanol) without abrading the capsule, (2) high-pressure spray rinses off any residual film, and (3) forced air drying strips remaining liquid from the surface. The entire cycle is pneumatically driven — no electrical controls are exposed to the solvent atmosphere, making the machine inherently explosion-proof.
