Funcionamiento
A high-speed motor drives a stainless-steel rotor inside a fixed stator (the 'working head'). The rotor's tangential velocity (12–27 m/s depending on head size) and the narrow rotor-stator gap create intense hydraulic shear, mechanical impact and turbulence in the immersed liquid, breaking droplets and dispersing solids while emulsifying multi-phase mixtures. A torque-curve display lets the operator monitor process changes in real time.
Proceso de funcionamiento
