SED-5PG-Z — Centrifugal Spray Dryer

Feed liquid is pumped by a peristaltic pump into a heated process-air stream produced by an air heater plus compressed-air supply. The two-fluid atomizing nozzle at the chamber top creates fine droplets while a ring-swept annular air distributor produces a swirling hot-air pattern around them. Droplets dry in seconds inside a cylindrical chamber whose walls are kept clean by twin lateral pneumatic rappers; product falls into the conical bottom outlet, then passes through a cyclone separator and twin bag-house dust collectors before the induced-draft fan exhausts the dried-out air. Temperature is monitored at both the heater outlet (inlet air) and chamber discharge (outlet air).
